As an island nation with a long north-south expanse and significant elevation differences, Japan boasts a rich diversity of endemic plants.
We use these plants as botanicals (aromatic ingredients for distilled spirits) and extract their delicate aromas through vacuum distillation.

Using the indigenous plant "kaya no mi" (Torreya nucifera fruit), which combines a crisp aroma reminiscent of a forest with citrus notes, as the key botanical, we have created a gin that is refreshing, comforting, and uplifting.

This is the second limited-edition gin from naturadistill, featuring a moderate hop bitterness and citrus aroma, centered around the pure scent of shiso.
It is enhanced with lemongrass, kaya no mi, and juniper berries for added depth.

【Features】
High-quality fresh Centennial hops from Tamura City, Fukushima Prefecture, are prepared within an hour of harvest, and combined with CRYO Cascade hops, which condense lupulin, the aromatic component of hops.
The refreshing sensation of shiso is layered with the aromas of lemongrass, kaya no mi, and juniper berries, creating a flavor with a refreshing, grassy expanse.
