We offer a blend experience where you can create your own original gin
by freely combining your favorite distillates.
Reservations are required.

An experience only possible with naturadistill's gin making process, which involves individually distilling botanicals using the "single distillation method."

You can smell, choose, and freely blend the distillates infused with the aroma of each botanical,
to create your very own unique gin.

The type of distillate available varies depending on the season and time of year.
Create your own unique, special scent that can only be made at that time.

What you create
can be taken home in a 100ml bottle.

*As this takes place at the distillery, it also includes a distillery tour.

  • Cuisine and Gin: Delving Deeper.

    oku is a restaurant and bar where you can experience naturadistill's craft and the world behind it, in ways you wouldn't by simply drinking gin.

    It's about pairing food with gin.
    It's about savoring the ingredients, aromas, and the stories behind them.
    The grand opening is scheduled for September.
    We will be open on Friday and Saturday evenings, with two sittings.

    Part 1 | Gin Pairing Experience
    Limited to 6 seats, by reservation only.

    This is a time to slowly explore the ingredients, aromas, and background through food and gin pairings.
    Non-alcoholic pairings are also available, so those who do not drink alcohol can also enjoy the experience.

    Part 2 | Bar Time
    At the counter and standing tables,
    you can enjoy a single drink or more, at your leisure.
    In addition to classic and seasonal gins,
    we also offer unique drinks you can only find here.
