This is naturadistill's flagship gin, pursuing the unique natural aromas of Japan.
As an island nation with a long north-south expanse and varying altitudes, Japan is home to many endemic plants.
We use these as botanicals (aromatic ingredients for distilled spirits) and extract their delicate aromas through vacuum distillation.

【Characteristics】
We created a gin that is refreshing, calming, and uplifting, using "kaya" nut, an endemic plant with both a crisp, forest-like aroma and a citrus scent, as the key botanical.

This is the fourth in naturadistill's limited edition seasonal gins, capturing the scenes of bygone days and the comfort found in summer heat in a single glass.

【Characteristics】
This gin expresses the nostalgia reminiscent of Japanese summer, centered around the gentle sweetness and bittersweetness of amanatsu and the subtle coolness of mint.
Juniper berries and kaya nuts provide the backbone, while the distinctive sweetness of licorice and apricot kernel, and the gentle woody aromas of kuromoji and fragrant magnolia, add depth to the flavor.
