This gin expresses the nostalgia of a Japanese summer, centered around the gentle sweetness and slight bitterness of amanatsu and the subtle coolness of hakka (mint).
Juniper berries and torreya nuts provide the base, while the distinctive sweetness of licorice and almond, and the gentle woody notes of kuromoji and anise magnolia, add depth to the flavor.
