Naturadistill's first absinthe, where the refreshing scent of kaya nuts intertwines with the green notes of wild vegetables and the coolness of wormwood.

We created this drink as a clear blue toast, symbolizing our resolve for new challenges and our gratitude to nature. When water is added, it louches, and the aroma gently blossoms, as if the forest is quietly coming alive. It is a special drink that celebrates the distillery's first anniversary.

We combined Fiddlehead fern, Butterbur, Udo, Fennel, Kaya nut, and Mint from Fukushima Prefecture with wormwood from Yamagata Prefecture, then distilled them with star anise and lemongrass.

The refreshing aroma of kaya nuts, the green notes of wild vegetables, and the coolness of wormwood intertwine, creating a deep yet clear herbal fragrance.

We finished it with butterfly pea to give it a blue hue, creating an ethereal and challenging drink befitting the distillery's first anniversary.
