This is naturadistill's first limited-edition seasonal gin, centered around the rich aroma of carefully selected cacao and the soft, delicate flavor of yuzu, deepened with pine nuts and juniper berries.
The yuzu used is from Mt. Shinobu in Fukushima City, known for its thick skin and rich flavor. After the earthquake, the yuzu from Mt. Shinobu could not be harvested for 11 years, and the harvest finally resumed in the winter of 2022, marking its revival.
The cacao comes from farms in Davao City, Philippines, known for its high quality and increasing international popularity. Both the yuzu and cacao were sourced directly from their respective regions.
This aromatic gin offers a comforting embrace on a chilly day.

This is the second installment in naturadistill's seasonal gin series, featuring a balanced hop bitterness and citrus aroma, centered around the refreshing scent of perilla, with lemongrass, torreya nuts, and juniper berries adding depth.
High-quality fresh Centennial hops from Tamura City, Fukushima Prefecture, are brewed within one hour of harvesting, and further enhanced by combining them with CRYO Cascade hops, which condense lupulin, an aromatic component of hops.
We layered the refreshing sensation of perilla with the aromas of lemongrass, torreya nuts, and juniper berries, creating a flavor profile with a refreshing, grassy aroma.

As the harsh winter recedes and the satoyama slowly begins to regain its colors, a definite spring arrives, even as traces of snow linger. This is the third seasonal gin from naturadistill, capturing a moment of this fleeting transition.
Centered around plum blossoms and mandarin oranges, this gin expresses the gentle essence of Japanese spring. Juniper berries and Torreya nucifera nuts provide the backbone, while the subtle spice of sansho pepper and the gentle sweetness of strawberries create a pleasant, delicate finish. When mixed with soda, the fragrance unfolds like a blooming flower, revealing a subtle sweetness and gentle bitterness. The result is a light yet deep drink that pairs well with food.
