We are pleased to announce that we have crafted a collaboration gin to celebrate the 4th anniversary of "BAR PHASE" in Bakurocho, Nihonbashi, Tokyo.

The key botanical is "Nelson Sauvin," a New Zealand hop known for its vibrant aroma reminiscent of white grapes.

Born from two entities with roots in craft beer, this gin is a product we have put our heart and soul into creating.

Rising from the glass are the vivid, hop-forward green notes of Nelson Sauvin and the華やか floral qualities reminiscent of white grapes. This is followed by the bright, fresh citrus scent of Kawachi Bankan, while the oily texture and forest-like aroma of Japanese nutmeg (kaya) add depth to the flavor profile. The finish leaves behind the greenness of ashitaba and an earthy nuance reminiscent of soil.

Botanicals with distinct personalities overlap without masking one another. We have distilled this harmony of aromas into a single, cohesive flavor called FUZZ.
