New Year's - Naturally placing hands together in prayer

Today was the first day of work for the new year.
Every year on this day, we all go to greet nature after arriving at work.
(You can also see it in the video in the distillery introduction PV. I'm doing the narration, which I'm not used to. lol)

The location is the Senno River in Kawauchi Village, which we consider the sacred place of naturadistill.

Of course, there are advantages to the quality of the water resources and the quality and quantity of botanicals.

However, beyond that, there is a definite sense that the craftsmanship involved in sensing the natural atmosphere with our five senses here imbues both the product and the maker with elements that are difficult to obtain in urban manufacturing.

Nature exists, and within it, people exist.
Bottling the maximum charm of nature, guided by curiosity.
That is naturadistill.

In this place, in this era,
I am grateful for the joy of being able to craft while enjoying nature,
And I pledged before nature that this year, I will strive to make even more delicious and appealing sake.
